Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in tourism will be considered a plus

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a 4 * -5 * hotel

Excellent knowledge of excel, word, power point/internet computers and desirable knowledge of Protel system.

Excellent written and oral skills in the English language (knowledge of French and German will be considered a plus)

Excellent presentation skills of the tourist product

Professional appearance and behavior

Creating a climate of trust between the hotel and its customers / Maintaining personal customer privacy.

Main responsibilities:

Excellent communicational and organizational skills

Representation of the sales department in all sectors, internal and external, following the corporate culture and process

Business and strategic orientation.

Development and evolution of corporate sales, increasing the list of customers (corporate accounts), and maximizing sales

Development and execution of the annual sales and marketing plan (corporate budget)

Establishing strong relationships with outside travel agents and corporate clients, as well as perfect cooperation with the cooperating departments of the hotel

Responsible for the external communication policy and the presentation of the hotels

Participation in annual hotel exhibitions
