ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts is a forward-thinking Hotel Management firm providing hotel management services and delivering asset restructuring assignments to independent multi-branded hotels and resorts, through innovative operating concepts and market opportunity assessments.

The Hotel Management and advisory services offered by ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts include owner representation, hotel pre-opening and management, operations audits and consulting, turnaround management, brand selection, profit improvement plans as well as various programs focused on the relationship between customer retention, customer satisfaction and image.

With current offices in Athens, Milan, Bucharest, Nicosia and Sofia, ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts is established as one of the leading hotel management companies within Greece, and with reach across Italy, Cyprus, and Romania. Operating more than 3,500 rooms in 22 hotels, driving top-line revenues in all segments to achieve optimum profitability, ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts expansion plan is to grow within Europe with several properties planned to open at the end of 2021 and within the first quarter of 2022. Further new projects are in the pipeline confirming the company’s vision to have a ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts developed and managed property in every major city and destination throughout Western and Eastern Europe within the next five years.

The current portfolio of key partnerships includes projects with key funds and companies being; Bain Capital, Invel Real Estate Partners, B2K Capital, Viohalco Group, as well as cooperation with some of the world’s most known hotel brands such as Radisson Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Wyndham Hotels.

ZEUS International’s Hotels & Resorts affiliated companies Xenium and Cornerstone cover advisory and hospitality development services such as financial analysis and refinancing of hospitality projects, feasibility studies, investments analyses, project management, master planning and developments design, procurement, renovations and new construction of hospitality developments. Through Xenium and Cornerstone, ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts delivers to hospitality investors, a performance-driven One-Stop-Shop service based on a Turn-Key principle.

“ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts” was founded in 2014 by President and CEO Mr. Haris Siganos, who has been active in the tourism industry for over 20 years, as a senior executive in leading hotel brands in Greece and abroad.

Mr. Siganos has been successfully active since 2013, in the field of Consulting, Advisory and Hotel Management in Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus appointed from institutional investors, some of which hotels are still managed by the company. The primary goal of ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts is the consolidation in tourism hotel businesses, through consulting activity, hotel design & development or integrated management, with management contracts in the hotel units, to increase business profitability and to maximize the guest satisfaction.

The main concern of the company was to create and maintain substantial and long-term collaborations, through values and culture, aiming to create happy and satisfied customers, by offering them high-quality services. ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts has laid the groundwork for jobs in the tourism industry, hoping that people who follow its footsteps will become an integral part of the whole.

ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts started its first partnership with the American Global Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, creating a strategic development and consolidation plan in Greece, the Balkans, Cyprus and Italy. Having already established a strategic partnership with the Wyndham Hotel Group, it has entered into a second possible partnership in Italy, initially with the global American group Hilton as a “white flag operator” approved by Hilton International. Furthermore, ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts has recently started further franchise cooperation with another large international hotel chain, «Radisson».

The company, through experienced executives, share a common goal and vision, offering tailored innovative solutions, specific to the needs of the customers. Within 5 years, “ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts” has established itself as one of the leading hotel companies in Greece and has expanded its activities in Italy, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania. Currently, there are more than 3,200 rooms in 22 hotels under Management and there is a long pipeline for continued growth. The company is based in Greece with offices in Italy and Romania, while operating across South-Eastern Europe. Our team combines a unique blend seasoned experts in hotel operations with rich technical, investment and finance expertise that enables us to provide a broad spectrum of advice and support to hotel owners, operators, investors, developers, financiers and loan servicers.


Cronus Developments is specialized in hospitality developments from the point of initial concept, through development and/or fabrication, to the point that operations or asset management begins. As project management consultants we are experienced with many types of Hospitality products as Hotels, Extended stay residences, villas and serviced apartments, as well as specialized management of creative conception, permitting and operating licensing, and other specialized services.

The appropriate brand for each hotel is either chosen from the international hotel brands we co-operate with or is conceptually created under the ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts label. ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts currently has a strategic partnership with the Wyndham Group, the Hilton Worldwide, the Radisson Hotel Group. ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts is in active discussions to enter in further franchise cooperation with other major international hotel brands.

The Wyndham Hotel Group comprises of more than 9,000 hotels under 21 brands, including Wyndham Grand, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Ramada, Esplendor Boutique Hotels, Wingate, Baymont and Howard Johnson, spanning more than 75 countries in six continents and competing in brand markets ranging from economy to upscale.

ZEUS International and Wyndham Hotel Group have a white-flag operator agreement for Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania with the aim to develop at least 20 hotels in the next 10 years. In Greece, ZEUS International currently operates 7 hotels under the Wyndham brands (Wyndham Grand, Dolce and Ramada). This cooperation includes several firsts for the Wyndham Group – the Dolce Attica Riviera is the first Dolce hotel worldwide to be franchised and not managed directly by the Wyndham Hotel Group. In 2018 ZEUS International introduced the first-ever Wyndham Residences concept, envisaged and developed wholly in-house by ZEUS International. Following in 2019 ZEUS International reintroduced the Mirabello Beach & Village resort in Crete under the Wyndham Grand brand, the first Wyndham hotel on a Greek island.

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. portfolio includes 5,757 properties (including timeshare properties) in 113 countries and territories, under 15 brands across different market segments, including Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Curio, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Embassy Suites Hotels, and Hilton Garden Inn.

ZEUS International started cooperation with Hilton Worldwide in 2019. Our aim is to expand this cooperation with further franchise agreements under the Hilton brands.

Some of the most recent awards are presented below.

Zeus International Hotels & Resorts and the hotels managed were awarded with 5 Gold, 9 Silver, and 2 Bronze awards at the Greek Hospitality Awards 2022, which were held for the 8th consecutive year.

Specifically, Wyndham Athens Residence in Athens, Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay in Crete, the new Ammoa Luxury Hotel and Spa Resort in Halkidiki, and KoSea Boutique Hotel in Kos, received 4 Gold Awards in the categories for “Best Greek Apartment City Hotel”, “Best Greek Hotel Marina”, “Best Greek New Resort”, and “Best Greek New City Hotel” respectively.

In addition, the Wyndham Grand Athens Hotel was awarded with 2 Silver Awards in the categories of “Best Greek View City Hotel” and “Best Greek MICE City Hotel”, while the Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay was awarded with 2 Silver Awards in the category of “Best Greek Hotel Dining Experience”. Dolce Athens Attica Riviera also received two Silver Awards each for the categories of ”Best Greek MICE Resort” and ”Best Greek City Wellness Resort” and AMMOA Luxury Resort & Spa for the categories of ”Best Greek Family Resort” and ”Best Greek Wellness Resort”. Finally, Eretria Hotel & Spa Resort, and Lazart Hotel were awarded with a bronze distinction in the categories of ”Best Greek All-Inclusive Resort” and ”Best Greek Business City Hotel”, respectively.

Zeus International Hotels & Resorts was also awarded with 3 corporate distinctions for the categories of “Best Greek Hotel Management Strategy” with gold, and silver for the categories of “Best Greek Hotel Brand” and “Best Greek Hotel Marketing Strategy”.
